How to prepare your home for a professional cleaning

Tell us how to enter: a lockbox, a neighbor, or someone at home. If the building has a desk, leave our name and a time window.

Pick up breakable items and clear floors and counters in the rooms we will clean. We do not move heavy furniture on a regular visit. Deep cleaning includes under and behind furniture we can reach safely.

Secure pets in a room we will not clean, or take them out during the visit.

If the home has not had a thorough clean in a long time, book deep cleaning first. Regular cleaning is for maintenance after that. Move-in/out is for empty or nearly empty properties.
